Our crews travel from Fairfield, so a Western Sydney site is a short run for materials, props and the early-morning pour.
The typical Western Sydney job is a residential flat building over one or two basement levels: pad footings and piles in clay, a large basement slab, then repeated suspended slabs with blade walls and a lift core. The repetition floor to floor is what makes formwork rates competitive, and it is where our own steel and pour crews save the most program time.
Council conditions in the west often include footpath scaffold and overhead protection for street-front work; we supply the scaffold drawings and engineering the builder's permit application needs.
Program starts in the west run early. Crews are on site from 6am, pours are booked for first light ahead of the M4 and Cumberland Highway traffic, and scaffold alterations are done outside the other trades' hours so the next crew starts on time.
