What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form: your name, company, phone, email, the site or suburb, the package you want priced, and the project details you write. We do not collect anything else, and the site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

To price your job and follow it up. MK Management Group Pty Ltd does not sell your details, does not share them with anyone outside the people quoting your work, and does not add you to a marketing list.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, and the notification email is delivered through Resend. Both are access controlled and reachable only by MK Management Group.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after twelve months. Where the enquiry becomes a job, the details are kept with the project records for seven years, as tax and construction record keeping requires.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted by emailing mkmanagementg@gmail.com or calling 0404 792 215. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
