How the concreting package runs with your program
Pours are planned with the formwork and steel crews, who are the same company, so the pour date is set when the deck is propped rather than after the inspection. Joints, falls and set-downs are marked before the first truck, the pump and line are coordinated with the supplier, and the crew is sized to the area going down.
Finish is checked against the specification as the pour progresses, thickness is checked on the go, and the slab is cured and kept clear until it has the strength to carry the next trade. Curing compound or wet curing follows the specification, and the surface is handed over ready for the following trades.

Questions builders ask
How do you price concrete placement?
Per square metre for slabs and per cubic metre or per pour for footings and vertical elements. The rate covers crew, placement, compaction and finish. Supply and pump are usually on the builder's account unless you ask us to include them.
Can you pour the same week the steel is inspected?
Usually yes. Because we also run the formwork and steel fixing, the handover between trades is ours to manage, which keeps pours on program.
What finishes can you deliver?
Trowel, broom, steel float and burnished finishes to the specified class, plus falls to drains where the drawings call for them.
Do you manage the concrete supply?
We coordinate the pour with the supplier and pump on the day. Ordering is on the builder's account unless you want it included in our package.
