Access and edge-protection scaffold, erected, altered and certified as the structure rises.
Systems
Safety
SWMS and site-specific WHS for every package, White Card crews, SafeWork NSW high risk work licences for scaffold, and scaffold inspections at the intervals the WHS Regulation requires.
Quality
Hold points before every pour: set-out checked against the survey, propping certified, cover and laps checked, engineer's inspection called and passed. Formed surfaces to the AS 3610 class on the drawings; finishes to the specified class.
Commercial
Itemised quotation within five working days of the for-construction set, rates held for thirty days, monthly payment claims with measured quantities, the subcontractor's statement and certificates of currency attached, variations in writing before work starts.
Program
One program line for the structure. Crews sized to the pour cycle, decks handed to our own steel fixers the day they are propped, trucks booked against the inspection, scaffold altered outside the other trades' hours.
