Scaffolding contractors Sydney
Licensed scaffolders erect, alter and dismantle access and edge-protection scaffold for residential and commercial builds across Sydney. Perimeter scaffold with containment mesh, stair access towers, loading platforms and overhead protection, certified at erection and every alteration.

What the scaffolding package covers
Perimeter access scaffold
Three-board and two-board hop-up platforms ground to roof, kickboards and guardrails throughout, containment mesh where the site needs it.
Overhead protection
Class B gantry and perimeter scaffold for demolition and early works, designed for the public interface and the council's conditions.
Stair access and loading platforms
Stretcher stairs and single stair towers, plus loading platforms positioned where the crane and the trades need them.
Lift shafts and internal access
Shaft scaffold from basement to roof, altered as the core rises.
Alterations and hire
Hop-up movements, tie-ins and lifts done as the structure goes up, with hire priced per square metre per week after the agreed period.
Inspection and handover
Handover certificate at erection, re-certified after every alteration, and inspected at the intervals the WHS Regulation requires.
What you get
- Handover certificates at erection and every alteration
- Inspections at the intervals the WHS Regulation requires
- Hop-ups and tie-ins moved around the trades, not in front of them
Delivered to
Scaffold is lifted as each deck is stripped and each pour goes down, so the structure and the access rise together. Inspection intervals follow the SafeWork NSW scaffolding guidance.
How the scaffolding package runs with your program
Scaffold is designed to the structure and the program: perimeter access with containment mesh where the site needs it, stair towers where the trades need them, loading platforms where the crane can serve them, and overhead protection where council conditions require it. Drawings and engineering for footpath scaffold are supplied for the builder's permit application.
Lifts follow the structure. As each deck is stripped the scaffold is raised, tied and re-certified, and hop-ups are moved around the trades rather than in front of them. Inspections run at the intervals the WHS Regulation requires, and a handover certificate is issued at erection and after every alteration.
What we need to price scaffolding
- Architectural elevations and the site plan with boundaries and footpaths
- Structural program showing when each level tops out
- Council conditions for footpath, hoarding and overhead protection
- Hire period expected, and the alteration allowance to be priced
- Loading platform and stair access positions the trades and crane need
Questions builders ask
How is scaffolding priced?
A lump sum for erection and dismantle, an included hire period, then a weekly rate per square metre if the hire runs longer. The price is fixed even if hire runs short.
Who handles council permits for footpath scaffold?
Council charges and permits sit with the builder. We supply the drawings and engineering the application needs.
How quickly can you alter the scaffold?
We move hop-ups and tie-ins around the other trades, usually outside their hours, so access is ready when the next crew starts.
Are your scaffolders licensed?
Yes. Every scaffold above four metres is erected and altered by crews holding the SafeWork NSW high risk work licence, and a handover certificate is issued at erection and after every alteration.
